Fit for Living offer personalised online training sessions that focus on not only improving your fitness levels, but also your overall quality of life. Maybe you are feeling sluggish, or maybe you have let your regular fitness slip - whatever your goals or current level of fitness are, we will work with you to determine achievable goals and help you get the results you desire.

Fit for Living use a multifaceted approach for our fitness and wellbeing coaching. Bringing together diet, exercise, sleep, genetic testing and blood profiling, we work with you to make a positive impact on your life quality. We firmly believe that being fit and healthy is so much more than simply looking good in the buff. Fitness is a long-term way of life and something that can have a huge impact on your life both physically and mentally. Your individual coaching program will be put together by our team of fitness experts, with the aim of improving the body and mind (all of which will be backed up by verified science).  Every plan requires an individual approach, and we will spend time getting to know your goals in order to develop a tailored program that generates positive changes to your lifestyle.

FITNESS PLANS

When you choose Fit for Living to help you achieve your fitness goals, you will receive a range of techniques to help transform your lifestyle and leave you feeling amazing: 

  1. Initial Consultation - Following our initial conversation, our team will undertake a full health screening to help set your desired goals, take measurements (if relevant) and generate a thorough plan which may include testing and profiling - all to help with your fitness journey.
  2. Nutritional Consultation - 70% of our results come from nutrition so it is crucial we review your dietary habits. Food is what fuels your body and has a massive impact, both positive and negative, on the way we feel.
  3. Testing - Part of our service includes genetic diet and fitness tests and blood profiling. These allow us to examine vitamins, minerals, hormones and gut health - all of which generates a complete picture of the function of your body systems.
  4. Exercise Program - A bespoke training plan will be developed. In preparation for this we will look at your previous exercise history and current goals, taking into consideration where you can train (a gym, your home, a park etc).
  5. Lifestyle - Part of your plan will involve delving deeper into your general lifestyle habits, including your sleeping patterns, stress levels etc. Understanding your day to day routine will help us implement a series of step by step habits which will help you feel happier and more energetic.

OUR FITNESS PROGRAMS

There are 3 different fitness programs to choose from (each one can be individually tailored): 

Pro-active Program (ONLY £149) - Our budget friendly program focuses on providing daily fitness, nutritional physical and mental health hacks and challenges. This program includes a 30 day exercise plan, 30 day personalised nutrition plan, personal evaluation and fitness test and 3 x 1-1 20 minute video coaching sessions. You can also add food tolerance, DNA and diet and fitness testing to this program.

Success Builder Program (ONLY £760) - This is our most popular package offering 24/7 support, an initial consultation, 8 week exercise plan, 8 x 60 minute coaching sessions (via Skype or in person), blood profiling (including food tolerance testing), personalised nutritional plan, unlimited check-in phone calls and email support, on-going access to our team of highly skilled nutritionists, personal trainers, nutritionists and sleep coaches. A fantastic value program that provides the perfect amount of time to achieve amazing results.

Transformation Program (ONLY £980) - Are you ready to make a significant life change? If so, the Transformation Program is the best value package for you. Offering longer term support,  initial consultation, 12 week exercise plan, 12 x 60 minute coaching sessions (on Skype or in person), blood profiling (including food tolerance testing), personalised nutrition plan, unlimited phone and email support, and long-term access to our team of experts (including: personal trainers, nutritionists, sleep coaches and more).
