Good nutrition is crucial for health, particularly in times when the immune system might need to fight back. We offer group nutrition education sessions, personalised nutrition plans where employees can choose their goal and eating preferences and fun recipes for people to try each week. We also team up with healthy food delivery services.

Focus on Mental Health

Social distancing is creating a lot of anxiety and stress. We offer 15 - 60 minutes long sessions that include stretching, breath work, a guided meditation and a moment.

All of our education workshops we deliver on our retreats and in person are also available online.
