Research from Ohio State University showed recently that an avocado can unlock the full nutrition potential of certain vegetables and improve the absorption of antioxidants and it's delicious, too. This green smoothie is a great way to get your veggies in to if you struggle to eat the with you meals. Give it a go!

Ingredients:

  • 8 to 10 oz filter water , coconut water or a sugar free almond milk whatever your preference
  • 2 stalks kale, stems
  • Spinach
  • Calgary stalk
  • 1/4 cucbumber
  • 2 Broccoli  heads
  • 1 Ginger stalk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 strip lemon rind
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Ice as needed

Directions:

Throw the ingredients in and blend it up!!
