I was introduced to these amazing bars by friend Harriet at Flotality.

For the Bars:

85g Almond Flour

55g Butter

45g Natural Erythritol - Zero Calorie Icing Sugar

130g Penut Butter

Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp

For the Topping:

90g sugar free chocolate chips


Prep Time: 10mins

  • Mix all the ingredients for the bars together and spread out in a 6-inch pan
  • Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 secs or heat in a glass bowl over a pan of boiling water. Do not let it burn.
  • Spread the topping on top of the bars. 
  • Refrigerate.
  • Do not rush to eat them!  Give them at least 2 hours. Let it solidify in the fridge if you eat it too soon, it will taste like artificial sugar. Let the tastes meld together and it will taste great!
