Pistachio sesame seed balls

Raw, vegan, gluten-free, paleo-friendly, no refined sugar & dangerously good!

We discovered these in one of our favorite little cafe's Ripe Kitchen, in Primrose Hill London (if you are ever there check it out!) and we were lucky enough to get them to share their secret recipe.

It only has 5 clean ingredients and can be made in about 5 minutes with only a food processor.

This recipe will make approximately 14 - 16 small balls.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 6 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

*We always try and use organic where possible for all our ingredients

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until the pistachios are chopped finely and everything is well blended.
  2. Take out a spoonful at a time, squeeze in the palm of your hand a couple of times to make the mixture tight and compact, then roll into a ball shape
  3. Put in the refrigerator for approximately 15 - 30 minutes to firm.
