Fit for Living offers two ways to work together, depending on what you need and where you are.
Whether you’re looking to rebuild your health, get stronger, reduce stress or find more balance in your life, my approach brings together strength training and boxing, nutrition and recovery, and practical lifestyle coaching to help you make changes that actually last.
What it’s like to work with me
Coaching with me is not about being told what to do or pushed beyond your limits. It’s about understanding where you are right now and creating a clear, realistic path forward that fits your life.
We work together to look at your training, health, habits, stress and the way you live, so you can build strength, energy and resilience in a way that feels sustainable, not exhausting.
Sometimes that means getting stronger and fitter. Sometimes it means slowing down, recovering properly and learning how to manage stress. Often it’s a mix of both.
My role is to support you, challenge you when needed, and help you make changes that last beyond a few weeks of motivation.

I work with clients locally around Crouch End, Alexandra Palace and across North London, offering personal training that is supportive, challenging and tailored to real life.
Sessions can include strength training, boxing-based fitness, mobility and conditioning, depending on what you need and how your body feels. My focus is on helping you build a body that feels strong, capable and resilient, while also supporting aesthetic and performance goals if that’s important to you.
