Liz's expertise, encouragement, enthusiasm and wealth of knowledge has helped me so much since we started training together. I have been training with Liz for four years now; it all started with a goal to run the London marathon which I achieved thanks to a very solid training plan from Liz and from there I have continued to enjoy some seriously tough weekly work outs! Cannot recommend enough!!

I am a competitive boxer and Liz has kept me motivated and inspired throughout my training. Initially she provided a wealth of nutrition knowledge and made making weights for my fights much easier. I learn so much from every session and feel like I’m constantly improving under her skilful and experiences eye. She is fantastic trainer with really fun energy, 10/10 would recommend.

I have enjoyed both Liz's online fitness training this year but also previously have used her wellness coaching services too to support my diet and nutrition. Liz is extremely knowledgeable on all things fitness and wellness, and her bubbly personality makes classes fun and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Liz’s 1:1 online coaching program has been instrumental in getting me back to my pre-baby level of fitness and health.We started the program with a deep dive into exactly what makes me tick, from the types of food that my body can happily tolerate to really understanding my DNA make up and what type of exercise is going to be best for my body type. I personally love the fact that this program is grounded in science, for me that makes a difference and helps me to stay focused and committed because I understand WHY I am doing what I’m doing.The greatest value in this whole program (and there is so much to choose from!) is the continued support that I have from Liz, checking in with me weekly, sometimes daily if she feels I need it. This accountability has proven to be the difference between staying on a yo-yo cycle of fitness and weight loss, to making the huge transformation that I have.

Liz is a fantastic trainer. I love her energy, the way she can cater for people with different needs and fitness levels safely, clearly, with enough information to be effective, but not so much to overwhelm.It is not an exaggeration to say that because of Liz’s online classes, I got fitter and healthier over lockdown than I have in years, and really enjoyed the process! Classes feel tailored, familiar, complete and consistently challenging, with some education and laughter thrown in. What more could you ask for!

I've trained with Liz for nearly 5 years in various ways and stages of pre and post natal fitness. Liz is so much more than a PT, her incredible knowledge and understanding of body mechanics meant that she could train me without injury and solve all my aches and pains with exercise. Ive recommended friends and family train with Liz and her innate understanding of what every client needs is incredible. She identified issues with my daughter's alignment that were then confirmed by physios. I have trained with Liz one to one and in group fitness settings, she is always creative, engaging, challenging and above all else, consistently aware of everyone's individual needs. I have never been fitter or looked forward to training more than when working with Liz.

Liz is the most fantastic trainer. She recognises my strengths and weaknesses, motivates me when I really don’t feel like exercising and varies the routines to keep it exciting. She targets my weaker areas and I can really notice the difference in my body.10 out of 10 for Liz!!

Liz is a fantastic coach! Not only do I feel she's help me reached my physical goals, she's helped change my lifestyle and mental state. Contacting Liz and becoming her client was one of the best decisions that I have made for my long-term health and well-being goals. I am not the easiest of clients because I am lazy and very resistant to exercise but Liz has been brilliant at motivating me and getting me moving. Her advice on diet and lifestyle is also very good - realistic but also helpful and I have made a number of changes as a result. What’s so impressive is that she can work with me in this way but also trains people to high levels of fitness and performance - she’s very versatile. I’ve had trainers in the past who are bullying and belittling which is deeply unproductive - Liz has actually achieved the very unlikely in getting me to show up and engage in movement regularly every week which I’d argue is a greater achievement that getting someone already keen and fit marathon ready. Though she can definitely do that too - maybe one day even me! I would recommend her highly whether you’re a cross fit pro or a couch potato like me.

I got to know Liz through my girlfriend and must admit at first I was a bit sceptical about seeing a personal trainer as at various gyms i came across a lot of PTs that once you got talking to them i got the impression that they didnt really know their stuff. However as soon as I got talking to Liz it was clear that wasnt the case as her experience and knowledge is simply vast.She has helped me recover from a bad back by tailoring stretches and excercise routines, keeping each session super interesting and fun.She really knows her stuff and is really thorough not only when explaining routines and stretches but also to help me with my boxing. Having fought a few times herself she has loads of experience and is really helping me achieve a much more technical level of boxing.Cannot reccomend her enough!
